Sarah Lucy Dole is a singer and songwriter from Kent who has played in/with a variety of different bands, playing a wide range of music, from rock 'n' roll to bluegrass.

Sarah Lucy Dole has been praised for her contribution in the music business since the tender age of sixteen, performing on every circuit, including the country circuit, with one of the most successful and busiest country bands (Buntline Special). This gave her an invaluable insight into the music business and a good following.

Eight years later, Sarah met a great guitarist, Tony Morley, originally from Manfred Mann's Earth Band. Recently, Tony has been the drummer with Jefferson Starship. Together, Sarah and Tony formed a duo - Trader Bay - and recorded their first album "In The Beginning", touring and supporting acts worldwide. These acts included Chip Taylor, Karen Lynne, Kevin Montgomery, Billie Joyce, Al Perkins, and Sally Barris, a fantastic artist who has worked with Sarah many times. You can click here to visit her site. Trader Bay successfully toured Nashville, playing at the famous Bluebird Cafe. It was whilst playing at the Bluebird Cafe Sarah met some of the finest singer/songwriters in the business.

In August 2000, Sarah helped stage a Charity Concert at Maidstone Prison, one of the biggest prison concerts of all time. Four months of rehearsing with prisoners and 24 musicians in all. Heading the show was Glen Tilbrook from Squeeze.

Sarah met Ocean West, a Bluegrass trio, in early 2005 they immediately gelled and caused a stir with their fine playing and three part harmonies, Sarah recorded her second album 'Tears Dont Cry', they are currently playing regular gigs and have a large following.

At present, Sarah is working on a solo album, which will feature guest appearances on different songs from many musicians who she has worked with in the past. The album is due to be released in the summer and uploaded to the website - we'll keep you informed!
